The level of expertise at this meetup is fantastic. If you have specific PHP related questions that you can't find the answers to, this is a great place to ask. The people at this meetup are some of the most influential and informed PHP programmers I've come across all in one place. One attendee I met is actually one of the developers of PHP. Additionally this is a great venue for networking. If you're a PHP programmer this shouldn't be missed.
