SF PHP January Meetup - Smarty

Due to the holiday, this will be a simple topic. We'll be going over smarty templating. Or other templating systems if someone wants to bring them up. We'll go over caching, compiling, configuring, and some 'different' performance suggestions.

This will be more of a social meetup than a highly technical one.
